How do I use this product?
Receive the product information sent directly to your email.
Add the Serial to your HP account, if the warranty is expired we will replace.
Contact HP customer service regarding a replacement, typically through a chat box.
Read through the HP warranty documentation, figure out a reason for said replacement. Try to figure out a reason that can't be fixed, as they may ask for original item to be shipped to a repair facility for inspection before replacement.
Create a sob story about what happened with the product. Provide information needed by the customer service agent, this may include the Serial #, Product ID ( You can find this with the serial number ), and address in which the new product can be shipped to.
When providing new address, tell the customer service agent a random reason for your new address. Recent breakup, off to college, moved out of parents house, etc.
Don't be demanding in the ticket, be adamant but not rude. Use proper grammar and sound intelligent. Goes hand-in-hand with Social Engineering.
Once they say their replacement is going to be shipped, just sit back and wait!
